POSSIBILITY OF GAINING WEIGHT AGAIN.

A question has been raised that my diet amounts to less than 1000 calories, will there be not regain of weight when normal diet is resumed. This is a good question.
First of all, let me say that my diet consists of about 1000 calories is not correct. One gram of fat is about 9 calories. As I mentioned, in the morning food I take 2 table spoons of coconut oil, 2 table spoons of flaxseed oil and some ghee, this itself adds to about 80 grams of fats which is about 720 calories. If you add other things, the two meals I take must be around 1800 to 2000 calories which I need in a day. By simple arithmetic my intake of food and energy used is somewhat equal now and there is no weight gain or weight loss at all.
The beauty of intermittent fasting and fat based diet is that one can continue on this diet regularly and there is no chance of regain of weight. The best part is that you do not feel hunger and you can continue on this diet. I have done it for more than 2 months so I know it is possible.
