REMARKABLE TURNAROUND IN HEALTH written on April 21, 2019.

Healthy habits have remarkable results. In two months, I could reduce my Triglycerides from 226 to 123, VLDL from 45,2 to 26 and Fasting Insulin from 10 to 7. Some people may remember that having had Cholesterol Medicines for more than 20 years and BP medicines for about 15 years, in 2018, after making dietary changes, I had left all medicines. Results were very good and I have been totally off medicines for more than one year. In February medical Tests my Triglycerides were 226 and VLDL 45.2. I was told to do Intermittent Fasting and Fat based diet to improve things further. I experimented with these and within 2 months I had dramatic reduction in Trigycerides from 226 to 123 and VLDL from 45.2 to 26, both in normal range and without any medicine. My fasting sugar was 85 and fasting Insulin 7. Of course my BP is normal, without medicines.Thought of sharing with people to confirm that dietary and lifestyle changes can get you outstanding health results and everyone can experiment these and benefit. Idea is to live without Medicines.
